Before knowing whether you can do your workout during menses let’s first understand what exactly are menses?
Menses/Menstrual cycle/ Periods is a normal vaginal bleeding that occurs as a part of a woman’s monthly cycle. In normal circumstances every month your body prepares for pregnancy and if no pregnancy occurs the uterus or womb sheds it's lining. Hence,

Menses usually starts between age 11 to 14 and continue till menopause at about age 51.
